What is "Quick Order"?
"Quick Order" is just that! It's a way of skipping a few steps in the order process. If you're really certain of your "ordering skills" then all you need to do is enter the amount to order and click the "order" button. An email is instantly sent to the publisher with no chance for you to review your selection. So please be sure of your order! (but if you make a mistake you can always cancel it...)
 
Am I a publisher or a user?
Good question! You might be both! A publisher distributes a guide to other travel organizations. A user orders other people's guides.
 
What are "My Private Listings"?
Your Private Listings are brochures that you order on a regular basis that are not currently listed on goBrochures.com.

You add them yourself so that you can consolidate contact information and order history in one spot. If you provide us with an email address we will generate an email for you and record the order in your history - all in one step!
 
What does "Publication Date" mean?
"Publication Date" is the date the brochure is expected to be available for distribution. If the product is ordered before the publication date then it is considered a "pre-order" and will be fulfilled when the product is ready to ship.
 
What happens when I place an order?
Whether you're ordering one or 50 guides at the same time, we will automatically send personalized emails to every publisher you order from. One click, 50 emails... that's pretty efficient!
 
What is the Shopping Cart?
Imagine you're at the grocery store. The process of finding brochures and clicking on "add to cart" is like putting the brochure in your shopping cart at the grocery store. Once you're done browsing you then go to the cashier and "checkout". As you take items from your cart and "pay" for them you have the chance to mentally confirm that you want that item. The goBrochures shopping cart works the same way. It allows you to review and confirm that you really want to place this order.
 
What happens when I use the "search box" at the top right of the screen?
This function will search every public listing on the site as well as any private listings you have created for your own business. It's by far the quickest way to find what you need.
 
What are Pending Orders?
You may have Pending Orders for your brochure that you are "Sending" to others as well as Pending Orders for the orders you've placed for other guides. In either case, the Pending Orders page is a summary of outstanding orders.
 
My Pending Orders list is quite long. How do I clean it up?
For brochures you've ordered: When you click on "received" for an order the order will be removed from the Pending Orders screen and placed in your Order History. For brochures you're shipping, clicking on "shipped" will move the order from your Pending Orders to your Order History.
