What is it?

goBrochures.com is an online bulk order management system that allows you to place orders for many different Official Community Guides, all with a few clicks of the mouse.

Who is it for?

goBrochures.com is designed to help Visitor Centres, Welcome Centres, and travel agencies order the brochures they need to stock their shelves.

How does it work?

When a customer places an order on the system, whether for one or fifty different guides, goBrochures.com automatically emails the publisher of those guides to notify them of the order.

The publisher logs into the system and reviews all pending orders. When she prints the order the customer is automatically notified that the order is in progress.

To keep a clean order history, the customer will usually log into the system and mark orders as "received" when the product arrives. This will help other staff avoid duplicate ordering.

Both parties can add comments to an order to clarify issues or just say "thanks!" All comments are posted to the order and emailed to the recipient.
